Living Water Financing Program

Living Water has aligned with Sotera Strategies to offer growers access to flexible input financing options through Growers Edge, a trusted agricultural lending partner of Compeer Financial.

This program is designed to help growers move forward with Living Water products while preserving operating cash flow. Below is an overview of how the loan process works from start to finish. Apply Now

1. Program Introduction

A Living Water or retailer representative will introduce the financing program and review the general guidelines, including eligible inputs, loan terms, and available rate options.

2. Application & Term Selection

If you choose to proceed, you’ll complete a simple application and select your preferred input loan term and rate option. Apply Now

3. Automated Credit Decision

After submitting your application, you’ll receive an automated email with one of the following outcomes:

  • Approved
    You’ll review the loan terms, confirm the rate, select the product structure, and proceed.

  • Placed in Review
    A member of the Compeer team will contact you to request additional information. Once any questions are resolved, your application will be rescored, and the final decision will be communicated by phone from their Inside Sales team.

  • Not Approved
    You’ll receive an on-screen notification and an email. A formal Notice of Denial will follow within 24–48 hours.

4. Loan Setup & Verification

For approved applications, Compeer’s Inside Sales Team will contact you to:

  • Establish your DocuSign PIN

  • Verify loan details

  • Confirm entity structure and signature block requirements (if applicable)

  • Collect copies of all applicants’ driver’s licenses

5. Electronic Signing & Funding

Loan documents are sent electronically via DocuSign for your signature.
Once signed:

  • The loan is officially booked

  • Funds are made available to the retailer within 1–2 business days

6. How Funds Are Disbursed

Funding requests are submitted by the retailer on your behalf. Loan proceeds are transferred directly to the retailer via ACH, simplifying the process and eliminating additional steps for the grower.

7. Statements & Repayment Options

Growers receive monthly statements by mail, along with a bill approximately 20 days prior to the loan’s maturity date.

Payment options include:

  • Mailing a Check
    Submit payment after receiving your statement.

  • Online Banking
    Enroll in Compeer’s Online Banking portal, link your preferred bank account, and make payments securely online via mobile or desktop.
